I've bought my last two riding mowers, a weed whip, a chainsaw, and various replacement parts and materials from them. Mark’s Outdoor Power Equipment is one of the best places to purchase a riding lawnmower in my opinion. After getting the runaround from a place in Farmington for repairs on a 26 year old lawnmower, I decided to try Mark’s and I am very happy I did!
The customer service is outstanding, the staff is friendly and fair! They actually try to help you get what you need unlike other places and not once did I feel pressured. I purchased a brand new Husqvarna riding lawn mower and it was $300 cheaper than Lowe’s and Mark himself made sure the mower was delivered the next day.
If you’re looking for outdoor tools, equipment, etc, I would highly recommend going here. My experience was so positive and worth the money that I will be a returning customer without a doubt! 10/10 in my opinion. Service and prices are second to none.

Great and honest people. I travel miles past other lawn repair service's to get to Mark's. They are the best in this business. They pick up my lawnmower or snowblowers every year from my home and return it. Now my neighbors are doing the same thing. In this world honest people are hard to find. Honest people who have a business is even harder to find. At Mark's you get both.

Just a quick note...this was the exact experience I remember from back in the "olden days." Sales people listening to customers, greeting others, Customer service how it should be. Thank you, Ron. Lee and Mark, you weren't to shabby either. I'll be back. Oh, and the service gentleman I spoke to (Bill?) was honest, and actually sounded like he knew what he was talking about. A simple "thank you" to you all...and my mower looks like a stealth fighter, LOL.

I had to stop in to pick up some rare repair parts that nobody carries for my MZ61 bagger. They were extremely helpful. They were the only ones in the area that carried both parts
When I realized the issue was different from what I originally thought, they didn't give ant hassle with the return - even without the receipt.

My zero turn mower was making a terrible grinding sound, so I called to have Mark's pick it up and fix. They said they would, but wanted to walk me through some troubleshooting first. Turns out the problem was not huge - just a bad PTO clutch, which was replaceable by me at home. So they saved me a bunch of time and money. They will definitely get my business when I *DO* have a serious issue I can't fix at home. Thanks guys!!

Great experience getting my snowblower tuned up to the season. Their customer service is very patient and personalized. I’ve taken my snowblower to chain stores in the past, and have been disappointed. I would highly recommend this locally owned store.
