Updated business parameters during COVID-19 outbreak
To all of our valued customers, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for the safe practices you have displayed during the pandemic. It has allowed us to continue to operate and to serve you to the best of our ability!
Service parameters 4/10/2021
For the foreseeable future, we will be playing catchup!!
As of 4/10 we are about 4 weeks behind on mowers, 5 weeks on riding products!
If the machine was purchased from us, we will try to accommodate unexpected repairs in a more timely manner – call us if you have an issue!
These parameters will be edited every 2 weeks. Hopefully the numbers will start to subside so we can quote more reasonable repair times with each posting.
We do not like quoting these repair times any more than you like seeing them. Unfortunately, losing a month in our repair calendar due to February snows cannot be replaced.
Thank you for your continued patience and confidence in us!
- we will continue to enforce the mask mandate while in the building
- although we have brought more equipment into the building, we ask that distancing still be practiced. Maximum of 3 people at the counter spaced 6 ft apart. We will continue to keep the parts and service counter obstruction free to allow spacing.
- most of our staff has still not been vaccinated. Please continue to observe distancing with our employees as they try to serve you.
- hand sanitizer is available. We ask that you use it before handling any of the equipment in the display area.
- should there be a larger than normal number of people ( 9 -10) in the store at one time, we would ask additional people to wait outside. We can provide a beeper that will save a place in line. We will provide that at the door.
- curbside service is still available for those who wish not to enter. Simply call us before you come to tell us your needs, and again when you get here if we need to meet you in the parking lot.
